Crystal Palace have finally presented left back Pape Souare to the media.
Crystal Palace had a very busy January transfer window, adding a new manager, six new first team players and even two players for the development squad.
In came Alan Pardew as the new Eagles boss after leaving Newcastle, and he brought in Yaya Sanogo, Jordon Mutch, Shola Ameobi, Lee Chung-yong as well as Wilfried Zaha on a permanent deal.
Andreas Breimyr and Keshi Anderson also arrived as players for the future, but one of the most interesting signings was that of Pape Souare.
The Senegal international arrived from French side Lille on a three-and-a-half year contract, and finally offers a left footed left back for Pardew, given that Joel Ward and Martin Kelly - two right footed players - have been filling in on the left hand side in lieu of a natural left back.
Souare, 24, is an athletic, attack minded full back who featured for Senegal at the Africa Cup of Nations last month, and has finally been presented to the media today after completing his move to Selhurst Park over the weekend.
Souare posed with the Crystal Palace jersey for the first time this evening, and has been handed the number 40 shirt as he prepares for life in South London.
