Yevhen Konoplyanka is reportedly staying at Ukrainian side Dnipro, again.
The immediate future of Ukrainian winger Yevhen Konoplyanka does not lie in the Premier League.
Now it appears quite clearly there will be no move away from his current side Dnipro, as the final hours of deadline day draw to a close.
The BBC report: "Russian journalist Artur Petrosyan recently tweeted this quote from the player's agent, Oliver Cabrera: "Konoplyanka wanted a Roma move, but the Italians were unprofessional so it collapsed. He's staying at Dnipro".

Poor Konoplyanka really. He was minutes away from a Liverpool move, but it broke down. Now he had an agreement with Roma,it collapsed again.— Artur Petrosyan (@arturpetrosyan) February 2, 2015
There is still a strong chance Konoplyanka moves on, as his contract with Dnipro set to expire in the summer. He is currently free to negotiate a pre-contract agreement
The winger is highly regarded, as shown by the top European teams chasing his signature. For Tottenham it's an opportunity missed, with winger Aaron Lennon having agreed to sign for Everton, per Yahoo Eurosport, Konoplyanka would have adeptly filled his space in the squad and replaced him.
It is unclear with just over two hours remaining if Tottenham will look elsewhere at another winger to fill the position.
