Tottenham Hotspur morning round-up: Kane reveals aim, which is backed by Pochettino

A round up of news stories this morning related to Tottenham Hotspur.

Harry Kane has told the Independent he’s looking to push on and score even more goals at the club.

Kane improved on his tally this season with a brace in the match against West Brom at the Hawthorns over the weekend.

He says there’s a long way to go and that he’s really enjoying his football at present.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has been quoted by the Guardian suggesting Kane can push on and score 30 goals this season.

Having already scored 20 for the club in all competitions, the boss doesn’t see any reason why Kane can’t reach the 30 goal mark.

He’s said he’ll never put any pressure on his players by providing them with individual targets.

The Metro claims Tottenham Hotspur have agreed terms to sign Dele Alli from the MK Dons.

The paper suggests that Alli was a key transfer target for Tottenham’s Premier League rivals Newcastle United.

Their report states that it’s unclear whether Spurs would loan him back to the League One side for the rest of the season.
