Arsenal morning round-up: Wenger suggests key factor in Gunners title bid

A round up of news stories this morning related to Arsenal.

Arsene Wenger has been quoted by the Evening Herald suggesting how the Gunners can still go after the Premier League title.

Arsenal are currently 11 points behind league leaders Chelsea, but Wenger doesn’t believe they can be written off.

The boss is quoted by the paper suggesting consistency will help Arsenal reduce the gap from the Blues.

The Daily Star has reported that Morgan Schneiderlin is most likely to join Arsenal.

The paper claims an agreement is already in place for the Frenchman to link up with the Gunners.

Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are mentioned as clubs to have previously held an interest in signing him.

The Daily Star has also suggested that Arsenal want German midfielder Christoph Kramer to join the club.

Their report claims that the Gunners have made him their priority transfer target.

However, the Star also suggests that a deal is unlikely to happen today as he signed a new contract with Borussia Monchengladbach, which would delay any deal from happening until the summer.
