Three Gunners who did the business against Villa during their 5-0 win...
There is always a sort of 'is this the real Ozil' about the Arsenal star and that much is almost inevitable considering the German's hefty price-tag.
Ozil has produced brilliant standalone displays but failed to follow-up on them enough times to drive Arsenal fans insane. Against Aston Villa, however, the 26-year-old certainly delivered what Arsene Wenger would have hoped for upon signing him from Real Madrid in 2013.
Ozil's assist for Olivier Giroud's first was sublime, while a goal of his own also proved a point in itself for the German.
Whether they were going too far or not, some Arsenal fans were asking for Bellerin to become the north London side's first-choice right-back after his display against Aston Villa.
The 19-year-old netted his maiden Premier League goal during the 5-0 win and was superb down the right-hand side. Bellerin has shown his quality before - but this performance suggests he is ready to produce on a consistent basis.
Much like with Bellerin, Coquelin's display against Aston Villa didn't show us anything we didn't already know - considering the lessons learned from his stellar performance at Manchester City.
But the midfielder's solidity in the centre of the park proved to the Gunners that the City game was no flash in the pan. In the Frenchman, Arsenal appear to have a real gem - and Aston Villa couldn't get the better of him all day.
