After a run of unconvincing displays, Manchester United were near their best today, beating Leicester City 3-1 at Old Trafford.
Robin van Persie opened the scoring with a fine finish from a Daley Blind pass, before Radamel Falcao made it two from close range.
A Wes Morgan own goal wrapped the game up at 3-0, and whilst Marcin Wasilewski pulled one back for the Foxes late on, United secured a valuable three points.
The star of the show was striker Falcao though, whose work rate throughout was exemplary, whilst he also found the back of the net for the fourth time in the Premier League.
The Colombian, who is on loan from Monaco, was excellent against the Foxes, and fans were appreciative of his performance.
Many fans were left hoping that Falcao would sign a permanent deal with United, and are hopeful that the 29-year-old can now go on a goalscoring run after today's performance.
