Confirmed: Huddersfield Town v Leeds United line-ups - Bamba makes debut

John Smiths Stadium - Huddersfield

Here is how Huddersfield Town and Leeds United will line up for the Championship clash at the John Smith's Stadium this afternoon…

Huddersfield Town starting XI: Murphy; Smith, Edgar, Hudson, Lynch, Robinson; Butterfield, Coady; Scannell; Wells, Vaughan.

Huddersfield Town substitutes: Allinson, Dixon, Wallace, Lolley, Gobern, Bunn, Majewski.

Leeds United starting XI: Silvestri; Wootton, Bamba, Cooper, C Taylor; Austin, Murphy, Mowatt, Cook, Byram; Morison.

Leeds United substitutes: S Taylor, Berardi, Bianchi, Sloth, Montenegro, Sharp, Antenucci.

Huddersfield Town and Leeds United will be looking to claim bragging rights when they meet in this afternoon's Yorkshire derby.

Just five places separate the two teams in the Championship table, with Huddersfield in good form having won three of their last four games in the league.

Leeds are still just five points clear of the drop zone though, and manager Neil Redfearn has called upon new signing Sol Bamba to help his defence.

The Palermo defender joined on loan earlier this week, and starts alongside Liam Cooper in the heart of the defence, though there is no place in the 18 for fellow new arrival Granddi Ngoyi.

Leeds won the first game between the two teams 3-0 earlier this season, in what went down as one of Redfearn's finest victories in charge - and he'll be hoping for the same again today.
