Tottenham Hotspur morning round-up: Lennon and Kaboul swap deals reportedly on the cards

A round up of news stories this morning related to Tottenham Hotspur.

The Daily Mirror claims Tottenham are interested in a swap deal for Stuttgart forward Timo Werner, which would see Younes Kaboul heading in the opposite direction.

The Mirror claims Werner is rated as one of the best young talents in German football.

However, Stuttgart are expected to protect their prize asset but are reportedly still hopeful of a deal over Kaboul.

The Daily Mirror has also claimed Tottenham are taking another look at signing Kevin Mirallas from Everton.

Spurs have reportedly already had one approach for the player turned down.

The paper claims Spurs want a straight swap with Aaron Lennon heading in the other direction, but the Toffees feel the players aren’t equal.

In a triple swoop from the Mirror this morning, they are also reporting Liverpool as interested in a move for Danny Ings.

The paper suggests Liverpool won’t to try and avoid a tussle for the striker at the end of the season.

The Mirror’s report states that the Reds would be willing to pay £5 million to snap him up.
