Sheffield Wednesday are poised to complete their first signing since their new takeover was announced.
The Owls are close to bringing in striker Sergiu Bus from Bulgarian side CSKA Sofia.
CSKA Sofia announced the agreement on their website: "The club is about to finalise the transfer of Sergiu Bus to the popular British team Sheffield Wednesday."
It goes on to state Bus is set to undergo a medical today, and sign personal terms with the Championship side.
So who is Sergiu Bus?
Bus is a Romanian striker who is 22-years-old. He is uncapped but has a record of four goals in seven games for his nation's under-21 side.
He only signed for Bulgarian side CSKA Sofia last summer, but made an immediate impact, scoring 10 goals in 19 games, with five assists.
Wednesday are in dire need of a prolific striker, the joint lowest scorers in the Championship this season despite sitting as high as ninth in the table. If Bus proves a success, he could prove the difference between making the play-offs and not.
The Owls have also brought in Manchester United youngster Will Keane on loan this transfer window.
