Arsenal defender reveals who has the hardest shot at the club

Arsenal's Kieran Gibbs says that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has the most powerful shot in the squad.

Kieran Gibbs has revealed to Sports Lobster that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has the hardest shot at Arsenal now that Lukas Podolski has left the club.

Podolski was renowned for the power of his shooting, but his departure to Inter Milan means that Oxlade-Chamberlain now generates the most speed on his shots, although Olivier Giroud runs him close, according to Gibbs

If Oxlade-Chamberlain does have the most powerful shot at the Emirates, he will be hoping to prove it more in the future.

The youngster has scored just three times in 37 appearances for club and country this campaign, showing that he will need to add more goals to his game to fully utilise his shooting power.

Gibbs was taking part in a Q&A on Sports Lobster yesterday and he also had time to answer a number of other questions posed to him from the supporters.

Gibbs said that if he could play alongside any player from the past it would be Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp, whilst he also said that he wants to add more assists to his play

The 25-year-old has developed a reputation as a steady defender, but he is clearly looking to add more to his game in attacking sense and this can only be good news for supporters of the Gunners
