Queens Park Rangers winger Junior Hoilett is a transfer target of Borussia Monchengladbach.
Hoilett is reportedly available for transfer before the end of the month and a return to the Bundesliga could be on the cards.
The rapid winger has played in Germany earlier in his career and he may be tempted by a move back there before the close of the window.
Hoilett has fallen out of favour at Loftus Road this campaign and he has already attracted the attentions of Derby County this month.
What will the impact be for QPR?
In terms of their first-team quality, not much. Hoilett has only featured 17 times this season and most of these appearances have been as a substitute.
His form during this time has been well short of his best, too, meaning that a change of environment could be good for him.
Hoilett had the potential to be one of the R's most influential players, but he has never fulfilled his potential and it is hardly surprising that he is in-line to leave.
The transfer could also free up some funds for QPR to use to bring in some of Harry Redknapp's key targets, as they have been surprisingly quiet in the window so far.
