The former Manchester United man is set to join Lazio on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Sir Alex Ferguson, Harry Redknapp and Sam Allardyce have now all seemingly failed to tame the talented but troubled midfielder that is Ravel Morrison - now it will be down to Stefano Pioli to attempt to keep the England under-21 international under control.
They claimed he had agreed a contract and a medical would be happening in the coming days.
That day now looks like it has come. He has been captured both in pictures and video footage arriving in the Italian capital to complete his medical at the club ahead of signing a pre-contract agreement with the club for next season.
For Morrison a move abroad might just be the tonic. There is no doubting his natural ability. But in the past it has been problems off the pitch that have caused him issue.
He has faced court cases in the past year and was released from his loan spell at Cardiff City recently and in December the Telegraph reported that West Ham had had enough of his off-field antics and therefore had put him on the transfer list.
So a break from English football and a fresh start in Italy might just save the career of this supremely talented midfielder.
