Rafael is learning another sport apart from his footballing trade.
Manchester United defender Rafael Da Silva was the lucky recipient of a day off from training today, as were the entire Manchester United squad. They take on Leicester City at Old Trafford on Saturday, hoping to get the better of The Foxes after the humiliating fashion in which they were beaten last time by Leicester, 5-3 at the King Power Stadium.
But the players were allowed to relax this Wednesday and for the Brazilian that meant indulging in his other sport, golf!
The full-back posted this on his Twitter account earlier today, as he was suited and booted for the job of 18 holes around the golf course.
He certainly looked the part, even if he might be all gear and no idea.
As for on the pitch Rafael has recently been struggling with injury. But even when fit first-team football has been hard to come by. He has had to watch winger-come-right-back Antonio Valencia usurp him in the running for the starting position due to Louis van Gaal's propensity to play with three at the back, using Valencia as a wing-back.
Rafael will therefore be hoping to make it onto the green of the Theatre of Dreams this weekend, when Manchester United host The Foxes.
