Chelsea made it to the Capital One Cup final with a 1-0 win over Liverpool last night.
Chelsea's squad have reacted with delight at their progress to the final of the League Cup, after they beat Liverpool in extra-time last night.
Willian, Oscar and Cesar Azpilicueta all came out on social media site Twitter to express their delight at getting to Wembley, where they will face the winners of Tottenham Hotspur or Sheffield United.

It means that the side are in with a good chance of lifting the trophy, as they will head into the game as favourites, and the Chelsea players were understandably delighted to get through.
Their victory was a dramatic one, as Branislav Ivanovic's header in the early stages of extra-time helped them into the final of the competition.
The match itself was played at a rapid pace, with both sides relentlessly trying to get on the front foot.
In the end the two sides couldn't be separated after 180 minutes of football, but Ivanovic's power proved to be the difference - as he leapt to tuck in a well-delivered Willian free-kick.
It was a victory which keeps Jose Mourinho's side's hopes of winning the treble alive, but the Chelsea squad will be keen not to dwell on their success for too long.
The Blues face a huge game this Saturday when they take on Manchester City in the Premier League and a win in that tie would make it an excellent few days for the London club after their Bradford humiliation.
