Mali got their African Cup of Nations campaign off to a level start in the week, with a 1-1 draw against Cameroon. The West African side are in the reported 'Group of Death' alongside the Ivory Coast, Cameroon and Guinea - and after

Sako was excellent in that game iand it had Wolves fans panicking that other clubs would watching on eviously at their star winger.

The wide man has been linked with several moves in recent times. His contract expires at the end of the season and Sky Sports have been linking him with a move to Aston Villa since October. Just yesterday the Daily Mail reported that West Brom were also keen on his signature.

So after starring in game one, Wolves fans would have liked him to cool off a bit in the game against one of the pre-tournament favourites the Ivory Coast.

No such luck.

Sako was once again in top form for Mali, scoring the opening goal of the game inside the first ten minutes. He ran on to a deep cross at the far post before slamming home a classy half volley to give his country the lead against The Elephants.

Max Gradel later equalised with minutes remaining.

While Wolves fans will be pleased to see their top man in great form, they will also be wary of what could be growing interest in the services of the impressive wide man.
