Luke Shaw tweets his extra motivation for Manchester United FA Cup win

Manchester United defender wants to get one over an old pal.

Manchester United's players and staff have plenty of motivation to beat Cambridge United on Friday night.

Firstly they want to take another step towards winning a first FA Cup in 11 years.

Secondly Louis van Gaal wants his first silverware as United boss, and this is his last realistic remaining option - Forget the Premier League!

Thirdly they do not want to suffer a terrible humiliation against a non-league side.

Luke Shaw, has an extra reason to want to record a win, for he is facing an old pal.

He comes up against Cameron McGeehan, who incredibly he played with for Molesley Juniors under-six side.

To play against him is, for both players, an incredible journey for them both, with McGeehan currently on loan from Championship side Norwich City.

Shaw will be desperate not to lose bragging rights to an old pal, who plays as a midfielder and was part of Norwich's 2013 FA Youth Cup winning side, scoring a penalty against Chelsea in the final.

The Manchester United star may be earning thousands more per week than his pal, but McGeehan will surely be determined not to let that show on the field at the Abbey Stadium when the sides clash.
