That clash will see Emily Heskey return to Anfield in what is sure to be an iconic occasion for both Liverpool and Bolton.
But plenty of focus may just go to Ibe - especially if he gets a starting berth against Bolton.
The 19-year-old has been the subject of a lot of talk from Derby fans recently, with the Liverpool star having spent the season so far on loan at the Ipro Stadium only for the Reds to recall him this month.
Many Derby County supporters felt hard done by when it came to the timing of Ibe's recall but, to Brendan Rodgers' credit, the teenager got an immediate runout when he came on during the second half of Liverpool's Premier League clash with Aston Villa - no matter how brief it was.
And, with Ibe looking so joyous in first-team training, could he be set to feature against Bolton?
It may certainly make Derby fans feel better about his recall - and also encourage Liverpool supporters that it was the right move.
