Neville says David de Gea is his favourite.
Former Manchester United captain Gary Neville held a question and answer session yesterday, interacting with fans.
The former Red Devil was a guest of sustainability company Abengoa, a new partner sponsor of Manchester United.
Among the questions Neville was asked, was to select his favourite Spaniard at the club, and he showed no sign of wavering, issuing a simple answer in favour of David de Gea.
The goalkeeper has proved vital to Manchester United this season, turning in a series of man of the match performances which have kept the club in games, and made the difference between either drawing or losing, to securing a win.
Speculation continues as to his future, with The Guardian reporting mischief-making quotes from agent Jorge Mendes suggesting an exit is not impossible.
Neville could have chosen Juan Mata or Ander Herrera, while Victor Valdes also has a chance to carve himself out a role as a fan favourite at United.
Mata however continues to earn mixed reviews for his performances, while Herrera has great potential but is only just getting started.
Neville went onto affirm he is certain United will finish above rivals Liverpool, sticking to his prediction they will land up in third at the end of the season.
