Undead Labs remastered version of State of Decay arrives on consoles with a discount for owners of the original game.

Remember last year when Xbox announced that State of Decay would be heading to Xbox One? Well, the game has now been given official release dates of 28th April 2015 in North America, and 1st May in Europe. Oh, it's also heading to PC too, of course.

State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition is an enhanced version of the original released on Xbox 360 back in 2013. The game will boast 1080p resolution, as well as new textures, lighting changes, further draw distance and more.

Bundled into this updated version of the game will be all the previous DLC that was released for the original game, along with an exclusive new character for those that already own the original game on Xbox 360, along with other new features.

Speaking of owning the original - if you are one of those that bought State of Decay for the Xbox 360 there is a special discount available for the new version that chops 33% off the price. However, you will only have until 30th June to take advantage of this offer.
