GTA V still riding high at number one

While PS4 awaits the arrival of new big games in 2015 activity has slowed down at the top of the UK PS4 chart top ten. Still holding number one, for the ninth consecutive week is GTA V, with Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and FIFA 15 also unmoved in second and third places.

Last week’s number 4, DriveClub falls two places to number six this week with Ubisoft’s competing racer The Crew taking its place. Another of Ubisoft’s published titles, Far Cry 4 also gains a position at number 5.

In the bottom half of the top ten, Destiny remains in 7th place with Dragon Age: Inquisition and Alien Isolation climbing back to 9th and 10th positions after dropping out.

Taking the prize of most ascendant game this week is Watch Dogs which makes an impressive climb of seven places to number 8 after dropping out of the top ten.

The HD remaster of the classic survival horror, Resident Evil comes out for PS4 this week as does Saints Row IV and its standalone Gat out of Hell expansion. We’ll be back next week to see if these games mark their mark on the charts.
