North Korea game on Kickstarter has been hacked

Glorious Leader! screen 1

A game depicting North Korea's leader, Kim Jong-Un, as a playable character has been cancelled.

Remember all that hacking that went on because of Sony's The Interview movie, well the same thing has happened to a new game depicting North Korea's leader.

Glorious Leader! is a game being developed by Moneyhorse Games, and on their Kickstarter page they announced they were the victims of a hack.

The hackers destroyed data from the game, as well as other projects the developers had been working on, and even locked them out of their computers.

Due to the hacks, and other threats made against the developers, they have decided to "re evaluate" their commitment to Glorious Leader! and cancel their Kickstarter campaign.

Take a look at the trailer for he game below. It has a Metal Slug vibe going on.
