Manchester City host Arsenal on Sunday afternoon with plenty at stake.
The reigning Premier League champions will know they cannot afford to drop points after leaders Chelsea opened up a five-point gap at the top of the table on Saturday; while Arsenal saw North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur climb above them into fifth place and will want to put that right with a victory this afternoon.
City have a fine recent record against the Gunners but this is the kind of match where anything can happen, especially if Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez is on form.
There have been six dismissals in the last nine meetings between the two sides, so expect it to be fiery affair with neither likely to give an inch.
With City dropping four points in their last three matches, and Arsenal losing just one of their last six league games, could this be the day the Gunners get the better of the Blues?
