Cesc Fabregas breaks another Premier League record in Chelsea victory

Following Chelsea's 5-0 Premier League victory over Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium, we bring you all the best Opta Stats.

Chelsea extended their lead to five points at the top of the Premier League table by cruising to a 5-0 victory over Swansea City on Saturday afternoon.

Jose Mourinho's side scored four goals before half-time, courtesy of doubles from Diego Costa and Oscar, and although they were unable to repeat the trick after the break, Andre Schurrle added a late fifth.
