The former Manchester United and Liverpool striker predicts the Hammers to maintain their strong home record and pick up all three points at the Boleyn Ground.
“The Hammers have won their last five home games on the spin against the Tigers and I expect that sequence to continue as Sam Allardyce looks to build on what was a famous night at the Boleyn Ground midweek,” the 35-year-old wrote on Betvictor.com.
“The Irons have only kept one clean sheet in their last eight PL games but they look good going forward and they are a confident selection.”
West Ham will head into Sunday’s game as favourites and will be expected by many football followers to win with ease.
Sam Allardyce’s side returned to winning ways on Tuesday with victory over Everton at home in the FA Cup, and they will be keen on building on that success against the Tigers.
The Hammers, though, have lost some momentum of late, having struggled for points and wins over the festive period.
However, the London outfit do have a better team and better players than Hull, and they will be confident of picking up all three points.
As expected, Hull are struggling for survival in the Premier League and have lost their last two competitive games.
Steve Bruce’s side do have the ability to stage an upset at the Boleyn Ground, but it is unlikely that they will be able to do so on Sunday.
