It seems that Crystal Palace have made Swansea City defender Neil Taylor one of their top targets.
Crystal Palace are set to make a second bid for Swansea City left-back Neil Taylor, according to the Daily Mail.
The Eagles are on the look out for additions to improve their squad following Alan Pardew's appointment and Taylor is apparently near the top of his wish list.
The report states that Swansea have already rejected a £3.5 million offer for Taylor, but Palace are determined to reach an agreeable fee and are readying an improved offer.
The Welsh side are understood to be keen to keep hold of Taylor, who has been a mainstay in their side this season, but Pardew is said to be hopeful a deal can be made.
Swansea are under no pressure to sell players following the transfer of Wilfried Bony to Manchester City, which raised them £25 million according to Sky Sports.
Palace are also said to be interested in Swans midfielder Jonjo Shelvey according to the Daily Mail, while the same paper also linked them with Shola Ameobi.
Pardew has already made his first signing at Selhurst Park, bringing in Arsenal forward Yaya Sanogo on loan.
