The young forward has been recalled from his loan spell at the iPro Stadium.
The 19-year-old talent has been a pivotal part of the Derby side this season, featuring 24 times for Steve McLaren's men. He has also notched up five goals in that time and could now play a part in the Liverpool first-team for the remainder of the season.
The Liverpool site even confirmed he had returned to training immediately, and would be in contention for the game with Aston Villa this weekend.
Liverpool have had attacking issues this season. New signings Rickie Lambert and Mario Balotelli have failed to hit the heights while Daniel Sturridge has missed most of the campaign through injury.
But with Sturridge returning to fitness, Raheem Sterling back from his holiday in Jamaica and now Ibe also in the picture, Liverpool have plenty of attacking options at their disposal.
Ibe, who has played three times for the Liverpool first-team, was a big part of the Derby County team and the fans are rightly upset to see him go.
