Leeds United striker Billy Sharp has played just 18 times since signing this summer.
Leeds United star Billy Sharp appears to be becoming frustrated with his lack of first-team football at Elland Road.
Sharp has not made the expected impression at Leeds since joining from Southampton last summer, scoring just twice in 18 games.
His poor form has forced him out of starting contention and it seems that he is getting fed up of sitting on the substitutes' bench judging by his comments on social media site Twitter.
Sharp was tweeted by a Leeds fan yesterday, following Stephen Warnock's transfer to Derby County, suggesting that he may have to play at left-back against Birmingham this weekend and the striker didn't seem adverse to the suggestion, such is his desperation to get on the pitch.
Rumours in the Yorkshire Evening Post have begun linking Sharp with a move away from Leeds, with Ipswich Town reportedly interested in acquiring his services.
The Tractor Boys are apparently looking to take advantage of Sharp's struggles to break into Neil Redfearn's team and convince him to join their promotion push.
