Report: Pulis unimpressed by two West Brom forwards, plans to sell one

The new Albion boss is said to be unimpressed by two of his forwards.

Tony Pulis will look to offload Georgios Samaras this January, according to the Daily Mirror.

The new West Brom boss, who oversaw his first Premier League win at the Hawthorns last weekend, is said to be unimpressed with both Samaras and fellow forward Brown Ideye.

Pulis, however, is keener to sell 29-year-old Samaras, as he reportedly eyes Blackburn Rovers striker Rudy Gestede.

The Greek forward joined West Brom on a free transfer at the start of the season.

As Opta stats show, Ideye has only scored one goal in 11 league appearances since joining the Baggies, also creating a rather limited four chances.

Samaras, however, is yet to make an impression at the Hawthorns at all, having only played 67 minutes of Premier League football at West Brom.

And Pulis is not said to be happy to keep the forward on his books if he isn't up to scratch.

The West Brom boss has previously declared his interest in signing a new striker and keeping top scorer Saido Berahino at the club.
