Tottenham are in FA Cup action tonight as they take on Burnley in the third round replay at White Hart Lane after the first match finished 1-1 at Turf Moor.
He said: “Burnley are a team, they work hard together.
“They put all that effort in and wait for one or two half-chances and most of the time, they will convert one. That’s why we will have to concentrate against them for 90 minutes.”
Mousa Dembele has also spoken to the Spurs website ahead of tonight's meeting with Sean Dyche's side, and is hoping that home advantage during the replay can have a telling effect when it comes to the outcome of tonight's game.
The midfielder said: “The first game against Burnley was difficult for us. They are a tough team, well organised and work hard for each other as we saw in the two previous matches in the league and cup.
“We have to adapt a little to deal with their style, but now that we are at home we will be concentrating on our own performance, play our own style of football and have the belief that we can get the result we want to move on to the next round.”
Away from tonight's game, defender Milos Veljkovic has returned to the club from his loan spell in the Championship with Middlesbrough. The defender made four appearances on Teeside during a three-month period.
The 19-year-old Serbia international has made one appearance for Spurs this season in the Europa League. Having played in the third round of the FA Cup for Middlesbrough this season, he will be cup tied for the duration of Tottenham's participation this season.
Swansea City are in pole position to land right-back Kyle Naughton according to the Daily Mirror, as they say the side has opened talks with the 26-year-old. It was reported earlier this week that Leicester City were also trying to sign the defender.
