Chelsea media round-up: Thorgan Hazard reveals his 'dream' to London paper

A round up of news stories this morning related to Chelsea.

Thorgan Hazard has told the London Evening Standard that he still dreams of playing alongside brother Eden in the Chelsea first team.

Thorgan Hazard has been playing on loan for Borussia Monchengladbach and is looking to make the most of his time in Germany, as he looks to break into the Chelsea first team.

“I still dream of playing with Eden in the same team. My father is always in touch with [Jose] Mourinho and I heard that he appreciates me,” he told the Standard.

A chance for Hazard at Chelsea this season seems doubtful, with the Standard’s report also revealing that he’s only interested in extending his loan deal in Germany at present.

Chelsea youngster Dominic Solanke bagged a hat-trick as the Blues’ youth team won 6-1 against Huddersfield Town in the FA Youth Cup.

Solanke is now over the 20 goal mark for the season and will be looking to make more of an impression on first team boss Jose Mourinho.

Solanke was used by Mourinho earlier this season in a Champions League match against NK Maribor during the group stage.

The Daily Express claims Chelsea have been put on red alert by a revelation from Bayern Munich star Bastian Schweinsteiger.

The German has been reported as a potential target for the Blues after revealing that he’s not in a rush to extend his Bayern contract.
