Houlihan Lokey, the international investment bank, today announced that Pierre Gaulier has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Industrials Group, covering the diversified industrials sector. He is based in London.
Gaulier joins from MPG Advisory, the independent advisory firm he founded, where he advised clients globally on a range of corporate finance matters.
Prior to establishing MPG, Gaulier served as Head of the Diversified Industrials Group at Banque Leonardo, where he covered European clients across a number industrials segments, primarily in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and the Nordic region. 'We continue to see significant corporate finance activity across the industrials sector globally, and Europe is certainly no exception', said William Peluchiwski, Houlihan Lokey’s Global Co-Head of the Industrials Group. 'As we continue to grow our Industrials Group, Pierre will be tremendously valuable to our clients across the region and we’re delighted that he has joined the firm', he continued.
'Pierre’s breadth of experience, both geographically and across the industrials sector, makes him a fantastic addition to our Corporate Finance business in Europe', said Steve Winningham, Head of Corporate Finance, Europe at Houlihan Lokey. 'We look forward to continuing the momentum we have achieved in the region to date', he added.
Gaulier holds a B.A. with Honors in Philosophy from the University of Paris Sorbonne and a graduate degree in Finance from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris.
