The young striker has been sensational for MK Dons this season.
The talented striker has had his progress at Arsenal severely disrupted by a serious knee injury but this term he has been fantastic on loan at League One side MK Dons.
The striker has scored 18 goals for Milton Keynes in his 30 games for the club, including an excellent brace against Manchester United in the League Cup.
But he was not present as MK Dons drew a dramatic game with Crawley Town yesterday. The Arsenal forward is, in fact, on the verge of leaving Arsenal on a permanent deal and the stadium:MK is not his destination.
MK Dons yesterday confirmed that he was in talks with a Championship club and would be leaving the club.
It was rumoured that club might be Huddersfield or Wolverhampton Wanderers. We now know that it was in fact Wolves.
The Championship side played Blackburn this afternoon and after the game the Wolves boss Kenny Jackett informed the press that a fee had been agreed and Afobe was undergoing a medical, as reported by the official Wolves Twitter account:

While Arsenal remain tight-lipped on the issue, Afobe's Arsenal career could be coming to an end early this week, although it is not yet 100 per cent confirmed that the deal is permanent or a loan deal, but with his performances for MK Dons this season there is no doubt he should be a star in the Championship. Arsenal fans will certainly wish him luck.
