The winter arrival played 60 minutes in an under-21 game with West Ham yesterday.
Yesterday saw Tottenham Hotspur take on local rivals West Ham in an under-21 clash. The game at Rush Green saw Tottenham come out on top in a 3-1 triumph.
The goals on the evening came from Grant Ward, who netted two free-kicks for Spurs and Harry Winks scoring in between. Despite the best attempts of Ravel Morrison to steal the show with an excellent bicycle kick their was no doubt who the main event was on the evening.
DeAndre Yedlin had an excellent World Cup with the USA in the summer that saw him linked with the likes of Italian sides Genoa and AS Roma. But it was Tottenham Hotspur who agreed a deal with his MLS side Seattle Sounders for his services.
Tottenham agreed a deal for the player in August, for an undisclosed fee, and agreed he could remain at Seattle until the end of the MLS season.
This week he finally began training for Tottenham, as he looks to earn a place in the first-team at White Hart Lane.
Last night however was the necessary start for a player who will have to build up his first-team fitness before making any inroads to the starting XI.
But at least he got to pull the Tottenham shirt on in anger for the first time, featuring for 60 minutes in the 3-1 win...
