The star of Gavin and Stacey is not regularly starstruck by actors, but would be by the West Ham left-back.
West Ham United made some excellent moves in the summer transfer market, as Sam Allardyce made moves to change the way in which West Ham played their football.
One area that needed improving was at left-back. The answer was Aaron Cresswell. The 25-year-old was snapped up from Ipswich Town this summer for an undisclosed fee and has been in incredible form all season. Indeed he has already become a big fan favourite for his marauding displays on the left flank.
Indeed, with one man, it seems he is more popular than Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt!
James Corden, star of TV shows such as a League of their Own and Gavin and Stacey is currently starring in Disney's latest movie Into the Woods alongside the likes of Johnny Depp and Hollywood royalty Meryl Streep.
But when asked by Radio Times whether he gets starstruck when meeting the likes of Streep he said no. The West Ham fan admits that it is only West Ham players who give him the jitters.
"I would be more starstuck if I met Aaron Cresswell than if I met George Clooney or Brad Pitt. That's because I know what Brad Pitt does and essentially what he does a lot of the time is sit in a caravan in a car park."
We imagine Cresswell might be a little starstruck himself.
