The tournament is open to professionals and amateurs alike.
On Thursday Activision announced the Call of Duty Championship 2015, which will host the top Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare players vying for $1 million in prize money.
The 32 of the top Call of Duty teams from around the world will attend the event in LA between 27th-29th March 2015. The tournament is being sponsored by Xbox and Major League Gaming, and is open to anyone - pro gamer or not.
Online qualifying will be held via Xbox One, with the the final of the Call of Duty Championship being broadcast on Xbox Live along with other networks.
"We developed Advanced Warfare with the competitive community in mind and we can’t wait for the top talent from around the world to compete in the Call of Duty Championships," said Sledgehammer co-founder Glen Schofield in a statement.
