Curtis Davies and Charlie Austin impressed with DeAndre Yedlin’s pace

Hull City’s Curtis Davies and Queens Park RangersCharlie Austin are taken aback by Tottenham Hotspur youngster DeAndre Yedlin’s pace.

DeAndre Yedlin has yet to play a single minute for Tottenham Hotspur, but he is already starting to make an impression on Premier League footballers.

Spurs signed the 21-year-old defender from Seattle Sounders FC in the summer and loaned him back to the MLS outfit until January.

Yedlin is now ‘back’ at Tottenham and is getting ready to start his career with the North London outfit.

The right-back is far from the finished article, but he is highly rated and is considered to be hugely talented, perhaps proved by the fact that he has already made 10 appearances for the USA national team.

The youngster is known for his pace, and it is this aspect of his game that has amazed Hull City defender Curtis Davies and Queens Park Rangers striker Charlie Austin.

Yedlin arrives in England with a strong reputation, but he faces a tough task to break into the Tottenham first team.

Perhaps one will not see the American at his best this season, but he seems to be making a name for himself in England already.
