Crystal Palace are reportedly interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur defender Kyle Naughton this month.
According to The Mirror, no fewer than three Premier League clubs are interested in the signature of the 26-year-old full-back.
Leicester City and Swansea City were already reportedly to be monitoring Naughton, and now Palace have joined the race.
So QPR drop out and Palace come in? It seems so.
Naughton has struggled for playing time so far this season and does not appear to be in a position to break into the Tottenham starting line-up on a regular basis anytime soon.
With DeAndre Yedlin having returned from Seattle Sounders FC, competition for places will now get even tougher.
Of course, Spurs need to be happy with the transfer fee they will get for Naughton, but at this point in time it looks likely that the defender will be let go this month.
Naughton has made only five appearances in the Premier League so far this season, and perhaps it would be best for him if he seeks to play his football elsewhere.
