Last year was an extremely interesting one in the Premier League, as Manchester City entered the new season as champions, while Manchester United experienced life under three different managers in 2014.
Arsene Wenger spent big again at Arsenal to sign Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona, while Jose Mourinho raided Atletico Madrid to help ease some of the problems he saw with his squad at Chelsea.
It was also an interesting year for the likes of Burnley and Leicester City, who saw the ecstasy of being promoted into the Premier League dampened by the reality of how difficult life is in the top flight.
As things stand, Chelsea and Manchester City are the favourites in the Premier League title race, while just five points separate Hull City in 15th place and Leicester City at the foot of the table.
Here is our team of 2014 for the Premier League.
