Celtic captain Scott Brown is glad that his side took their chances against Kilmarnock on Monday.
The Bhoys gave a strong performance at Rugby Park to get the better of their hosts 2-0 in the Scottish Premiership clash.
Emilo Izaguirre opened the scoring for Celtic in the 36th minute, and Stefan Scepovic wrapped up the points with the second goal in the 72nd minute.
Ronny Deila’s side have struggled to take their chances in the last couple of games, but against Kilmarnock they registered a pretty comfortable win.
Brown highlighted this difference on Monday and told Sky Sports after the game: “We always knew how good we are and we created so many chances in the last four or five games, and it was the same today.
“Eventually we scored two goals and at the end of the game we showed our quality.”
Celtic are now second in the Scottish Premiership with 42 points from 19 matches, just a point behind leaders Aberdeen but with a game in hand.
