Arsenal faced Hull City on Sunday and below is the story of the match in pictures:
This match was an easier proposition for Arsene Wenger’s men, who took the lead in the 20th minute through centre-back Per Mertesacker before Alexis Sanchez sealed the win with eight minutes of normal-time remaining.
While Hull looked more confident in the second half they rarely troubled Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina, who was making only his third appearance of the season.
Paul McShane cleared off the line to prevent Arsenal going in at the break two goals up and the North London side restricted the Tigers to just three shots on target.
The result means Arsenal got back to winning ways after their disappointing 2-0 defeat to Southampton last time out.
As for Hull, they now have to focus on climbing further up the Premier League in the second half of the campaign.
