Tony Fernandes and Rodney Marsh react on Twitter to embarrassing QPR defeat

Queens Park Rangers lost 3-0 to Sheffield United in the FA Cup.

QPR fans have seen a few highs this season... but they have also seen an undeniably high amount of lows.

Can anything, though, top losing 3-0 at home to a League One side?

It's a question those who paid to go to Loftus Road may be asking themselves this evening, after Harry Redknapp's side were absolutely destroyed by Sheffield United in the FA Cup.

QPR looked a shell of a team - and the fact that they were at their home ground, normally a fortress, seemed to count for very little.

Nigel Clough's Sheffield United side were simply the better team and there was nowhere to hide for the R's at full-time.

Both chairman Tony Fernandes and former QPR star Rodney Marsh, however, have outlined the positives after the 3-0 defeat.

Indeed, both took to Twitter after the game and made it perfectly clear that the Premier League is the priority for the west London side, although they stopped short of defending the R's' embarrassing performance against Sheffield United.
