Ronny Deila: Inverness have impressed me the most so far

The Celtic manager has been discussing his SPL rivals.

Celtic boss Ronny Deila admits Inverness Caledonian Thistle may have impressed him the most in the SPL this season.

Celtic currently sit second in the league table - with a game in hand over leaders Aberdeen.

But, while Deila admits Aberdeen are a good side, he has been most impressed by Inverness's success - as well as their style of football.

“There is a good level at the top teams here. They get performances over time and it’s not only in one game then they lose two. They try to play and that develops the league," the Celtic boss is quoted as saying by the Scottish Express.

“Aberdeen are a good team. Many teams can have one good game then drop a lot of points but to get momentum going has been impressive.

“Inverness are maybe the most impressive team so far because they are playing good football and they have progressed.

“It is very easy to sit outside in other countries and think how you should do things in England, Scotland or whatever, but you have to experience it to understand it."
