The Spanish playmaker has already won the cup with Chelsea back in 2012.
United will be hoping to avoid what happened when they faced MK Dons in the League Cup earlier in the season, when they were sent crashing against, again, League One opposition.
One man who is looking forward to the fixture is a player who has been rejuvenated in recent weeks, is Spanish playmaker Juan Mata.
He has already bagged himself an FA Cup winners medal in his career, winning with Chelsea back in 2012, and now he is clearly hoping to do the same with Manchester United - although he knows Yeovil will prove a tough task this afternoon.
"I am expecting a physical battle, with Yeovil attempting to make life really difficult for us...For them it will be like a final so we have to think the same, to be mentally and physically ready and try to get through."
"The FA Cup is a very special competition for me as it was the first trophy I won when I came to England. When you're playing at an English club, [you realise] how big it is to play at Wembley, so it would be great for me and the club to win it again."
Manchester United fans will certainly hope that Mata adds to his collection, as another barren season would not go down well at Old Trafford.
