CONFIRMED: Manchester City v Sheffield Wednesday line-ups

Man City Etihad

Here is how Manchester City and Sheffield Wednesday will line up for today’s FA Cup clash at the Etihad Stadium...

Manchester City starting line-up: Caballero; Sagna, Boyata, Mangala, Kolarov; Fernando, Toure; Milner, Lampard, Navas; Jovetic.

Manchester City substitutes: Hart, Demichelis, Clichy, Nasri, Fernandinho, Celina, Silva.

Sheffield Wednesday starting line-up: Kirkland; Palmer, Lees, Loovens, Dielna; Maghoma, Lee, Semedo, Helan; May, Nuhiu

Sheffield Wednesday substitutes: Dawson, Maguire, Lavery, McCabe, Corry, Matt Young, De Havilland.

2011 FA Cup winners Manchester City will look to avoid embarrassment today as they host Championship side Sheffield Wednesday at the Etihad Stadium.

City could stick with second choice goalkeeper Willy Caballero after the Argentine started against Sunderland on New Year's Day, with Joe Hart rotated out of the side.

The likes of Vincent Kompany, Edin Dzeko and Sergio Aguero will all miss the game through injury, whilst Yaya Toure could play his final game before heading off to the African Cup of Nations with the Ivory Coast.

Wednesday have already made one trip to the Etihad Stadium this season, and were on the receiving end of a 7-0 thrashing, with manager Stuart Gray no doubt keen to avoid a similar scoreline today.

With the Owls sitting just six points of the play-off places in the Championship, their league campaign is more important, but will still be hoping to spring a shock this afternoon.
