The future of Liverpool winger Suso is again making headlines in Italy, with Football Italia claiming AC Milan are willing to wait until the summer to sign the Spaniard for free.
The 21-year-old has long been linked with a move to Serie A, and now Football Italia claims Milan will wait until the player is a free agent rather than paying a fee this month.
It is claimed Milan have changed their alleged former stance due to the arrival of Alessio Cerci’s loan move from Atletico Madrid to the San Siro.
Suso has recently returned after a spell on the side-lines as he recovered from groin surgery, and his agent has gone on record to claim he hopes to remain at Liverpool despite his current deal expiring in the summer.
Now back and raring to go, the player will have chances to impress Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers in what remains of the current campaign, possibly as soon as Monday evening when the Reds take on MK Dons in the FA Cup.
But the links with Milan refuse to go away, and it would be no surprise if he does head there in due course.
