The Juventus forward is out of contract in the summer and has plenty of options to move elsewhere according to his agent.
The Italy international is out of contract with the Turin side this summer and as such could well sign a pre-contract agreement in January.
With both North London sides looking to strengthen their attacking options, Giovinco’s agent has admitted that he has had plenty of calls to gauge the situation.
"I don’t know anything about this Bologna option, but you can’t make predictions in the transfer market, as one week he’s linked with Fiorentina and a week later another club," Andrea D’Amico told Radio Deejay.
"With Sebastian we discuss things, analyse and verify everything. This isn’t like choosing a holiday destination; it is my duty to listen to all the proposals that arrive for him.
"At this moment many clubs are calling and when it’s the opportune moment, we will make a decision.
"Every time he has stepped on to the field, he has played well. If he’d played more often then it would’ve been better, but I don’t know if it was Allegri’s choice or because of the contract situation with Juventus.”
The 27-year-old has only started two Serie A games this season and is yet to score domestically.
Juve boss Maximiliano Allegri has preferred Carlos Tevez, Fernando Llorente and Alvaro Morata in his attack, with Giovinco well down the pecking order.
