Three Premier League clubs want to sign Tottenham Hotspur defender Kyle Naughton

Three clubs are competing to sign Kyle Naughton from Tottenham Hotspur.

QPR, Swansea City and Leicester City are all interested in acquiring the defender this January, report The Mirror.

The problem however is Daniel Levy's tough negotiating stance, demanding as much as £5 million for Naughton.

An eventual exit appears inevitable however for the defender, with a whole month remaining in the transfer window with which to come to an agreement.

Spurs confirmed DeAndre Yedlin has been brought into the club at the end of last week, securing his signing early ahead of the summer.

Naughton has made no secret of the fact he wants to play first team football, and with Kyle Walker and Eric Dier also able to play in the position, he is unlikely to get this any time soon.

Of the trio, Swansea is likely to be the most attractive move, owing to their position in the Premier League table, ninth. QPR (17th) and Leicester City (20th) are instead locked into a relegation battle.

The 26-year-old has not featured in the Premier League since being sent off against Stoke City in early November.
