Uwe Rosler believes Leeds must stick with Neil Redfearn.
Leeds United's current run has the club sucked into a relegation battle, sitting in 20th place in the Championship.
They are just one point above the drop zone, and have made it through December without a win, securing only one point.
Sticking with their manager should be the top priority argues former Manchester City striker Uwe Rosler.
The German was recently sacked as manager of Wigan Athletic, and does not believe the same fate should befall Neil Redfearn.
He told SkySports: "Neil Redfearn is exactly the right manager.
"They have young players. The majority of players are young and a lot of them came through his ranks. He knows how to handle the squad."
"A bad run of results will affect confidence. Its a very young team. but they should focus on the first 40 mins because that was very good stuff."
Leeds were competitive against Derby until Alex Mowatt's own goal, and conceding a second just after half-time killed their chances.
The bookies are conflicted over Redfearn's job security, rating him as 14/1 to be the next Championship manager fired, with Millwall's Ian Holloway 5/1 favourite.
