Southampton duo Jose Fonte and Morgan Schneiderlin have been named in Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville's Premier League team of the season so far.
With half the campaign completed, the pair of Sky Sports pundits picked out the players who had been the stand-out performers in England's top flight so far and found room for both Fonte and Schneiderlin.
Southampton are currently in fourth position and the recognition of two of their key players in this team is fully merited.
Fonte has been part of a defensive unit which has conceded just 15 goals to date in the league, while Schneiderlin has been inspirational in the centre of the pitch, allowing the Saints to win the midfield battle, and dictate the pace of the match.
The duo have been a major reason behind Ronald Koeman's side's good form and they will be determined to maintain their high standards, as Southampton chase a European spot in the second-half of the campaign.
The full team Neville and Carragher picked reads as follows: David De Gea (Manchester United); Branislav Ivanovic (Chelsea), Jose Fonte (Southampton), John Terry (Chelsea), Cesar Azpilicueta (Chelsea); Alexis Sanchez (Arsenal), Morgan Schneiderlin (Southampton), Nemanja Matic (Chelsea), Eden Hazard (Chelsea); Diego Costa (Chelsea), Sergio Aguero (Manchester City).
