Should Leeds start Rodolph Austin against Derby?
Former Leeds hero Eddie Gray has called on Neil Redfearn to start Rodolph Austin away to Derby County.
Changes are expected with Leeds enduring a woeful run of form, losing 2-0 at home to Wigan on Boxing Day to continue their run of games without a win in December.
Rodolph Austin came on during the loss for the second half, and Gray would like to see him start against the Rams, keen to see the side make changes.
He told the Yorkshire Evening Post: "I think Rodolph Austin has got to play as he gives us that power and strength in the midfield area.
"He goes around people, he’s got physical power and he’s up and down the pitch and so I think he will come into the fold."
With Adryan also likely to be involved after his rest, and Michael Tonge also in the mix, there's a strong chance Tomasso Bianchi will find himself dropped.
The Italian was taken off at half-time against Wigan along with Alex Mowatt, but its far less likely Redfearn leaves out the current Football League Young Player of the Month.
Bianchi made only 20 touches of the ball in the first half against Wigan and was ineffective, while Austin was far more involved, making 34 in an equal amount of playing time.
